Ministry Fair – November 9 & 10
Our annual Ministry Fair is an invitation for all parishioners to discover the many ways to get involved in parish life. Held after each Mass, the fair will feature booths representing the various ministries and groups within Mary Queen of Peace. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore where your gifts and talents might serve our community, ask questions, and consider joining a ministry. From faith formation to service opportunities, there’s something for everyone!
Decorating with Napkins– November 10
Bring a touch of creativity to our parish gatherings by helping with the Napkin Decorating event on November 10. Whether you’re young or old, this activity offers a fun, hands-on way to contribute to our upcoming Thanksgiving Potluck. This is a great family activity, and all supplies will be provided. Simply sign up in the narthex to join in the fun and fellowship as we add a festive touch to our parish tables.
Thanksgiving Potluck – November 16
Celebrate the season of gratitude with our parish family at the Thanksgiving Potluck on November 16. This cherished annual tradition is a wonderful time to gather, share a meal, and give thanks. We invite everyone to bring a dish to share—sign up in the narthex to let us know what you’ll be bringing! From favorite side dishes to family recipes, every contribution helps make this potluck a memorable feast. Join us for an evening of delicious food, fellowship, and gratitude.
Thankful for Vocations Bake Sale – November 23 & 24
Support the future of our diocese by contributing to our Thankful for Vocations Bake Sale on November 23 & 24. Held in the narthex after each Mass, this bake sale will raise funds to support our diocesan seminarians and novices on their journey to the priest- and sisterhood. Parishioners are invited to bake and donate items, with sign-ups available in the narthex. This is a fantastic way to share your favorite holiday treats while supporting a vital cause in our church community.
Parents' Night Out – November 30
Give yourself a well-deserved break and enjoy an evening out with our Parents’ Shopping Night Out on November 30. While parents have a chance to relax or catch up on holiday shopping, children will enjoy an evening of fun activities, crafts, and games supervised by our volunteers. This event offers a great opportunity for parents to unwind while knowing their children are safe and entertained in a positive, caring environment. To participate, please sign up in the narthex.
